Rojas is only seen in the game as a corpse, but mentioned a few times before his corpse is found. According to Dom, Rojas had a two-year-old son. Rojas is killed by Locusts while making his way through the House of Sovereigns. Shortly after rescuing Pvt. Cole, Delta Squad discovers Rojas' corpse.

Rojas' voice is never heard, therefore he has no voice actor.
